Withdrawal / Chargeback Timeline Estimator
For readers documenting an operator or bank timeline. Withdrawal and chargeback are separate processes and must not share assumed service deadlines.
Examples are hypothetical. CU = currency units. Use one consistent currency wherever CU appears. No live prices or provider data are fetched.
How to read the result
This timeline combines the durations you enter; a zero lower bound does not mean approval is imminent. It does not determine filing deadlines, legal rights, chargeback eligibility, dispute success or a guaranteed withdrawal date.
Formula
- Assume the two stages run sequentially; total minimum = review minimum + subsequent-stage minimum.
- Total maximum = review maximum + subsequent-stage maximum.
- Remaining scenario = [max(0,total minimum−elapsed), max(0,total maximum−elapsed)]. If elapsed exceeds total maximum, flag that the entered scenario has been exceeded.
Worked example
Review 1–3 days and subsequent stage 1–5 days → total 2–8 calendar days. After 2 elapsed days, remaining scenario = 0–6 days.
